The Association IFS – Emmaus (MFS-EMMAUS) marked 27 years of dedicated humanitarian work on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
The ceremony provided an opportunity to present the Association’s achievements over the past year, with special emphasis on the projects and activities that have made a lasting impact on the community. The presentation highlighted the results of numerous initiatives aimed at supporting socially vulnerable groups, as well as the organization’s continuous efforts to improve and expand its existing programs.
As a token of appreciation for their ongoing support and cooperation, a total of 67 awards and 36 certificates of appreciation were presented to individuals, institutions, and organizations whose contributions have significantly strengthened the Association’s humanitarian mission. This gesture served as a symbolic expression of gratitude to all those whose commitment has enabled the Association’s mission to grow and endure.
The event brought together numerous partners from Türkiye, Croatia, the United States of America, and other countries, alongside representatives of executive and legislative authorities and religious institutions. Their presence further confirmed the importance and international recognition of the Association’s humanitarian work.
A special part of the program was dedicated to the employees of MFS-EMMAUS, whose years of service have become an integral part of the organization’s development. Anniversary awards and recognition were presented to staff members who have dedicated 10 and 20 years to the Association, acknowledging their unwavering commitment, professionalism, and selfless contribution to strengthening the mission that MFS-EMMAUS has proudly upheld for nearly three decades.
Although the number 27 represents the years of our existence, our work has never been measured by numbers. At the heart of everything we do are people—thousands of beneficiaries who rely on our support every day. Their life stories remain our greatest inspiration, encouraging us to become even stronger, more persistent, and more courageous in our commitment to providing help wherever it is needed most.
