MFS-EMMAUS had the honor of hosting representatives of the Families Relief organization from England, who paid their first visit to our facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the visit, they toured our centers in Doboj Istok, including the Duje Reception Center and the “Veliko srce” Center for Children with Developmental Disabilities, as well as socially vulnerable communities in which we operate.
As part of the visit, they also toured the Office in Srebrenica, the “Hatidža Mehmedović” Home for the Elderly, and the Boarding Accommodation for Children in Potočari.
On this occasion, representatives of Families Relief distributed medicines and food supplies to beneficiaries of our programs, once again demonstrating their humanity and solidarity.
We thank the Families Relief organization for their visit, the trust they have shown, and their expressed desire for joint action, with the hope that this marks the beginning of a successful and long-term partnership.
