IFS-EMMAUS in cooperation with the Red Crescent of Turkey started the distribution of 500 vouchers for orphans throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina

The distribution of vouchers for 62 children without one or both parents/orphans from the area of ​​Zenica and Zavidovići was organized today at the Islamic Center in Zenica. In the coming period, a total of around 500 vouchers, with a total value of 97,500 KM, will be distributed, which were provided by the Red Crescent of Turkey, and to whom we would like to thank for their generous donation.

Vouchers will be distributed to orphans in 24 cities throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The project “Scholarships and assistance to children without one or both parents” has been implemented by IFS-EMMAUS since 2012, providing assistance to more than 3,000 children throughout BiH, with the support of numerous donors. In addition to regular scholarships, IFS-EMMAUS continuously provides support to orphan families in the form of donations of clothes, shoes, school supplies, computer equipment, and other forms of material assistance, as well as through the construction and reconstruction of residential buildings and socio-economic empowerment of guardians. We also organize trips, get-togethers, orphan camps, celebrating orphan days and other activities for children through which we provide them with support and education.
