Youth Social Participation in Post-Normal Times – Gaziantep

Together with its volunteers, MFS-EMMAUS took part in the seminar “Youth Social Participation in Post-Normal Times”, held from November 10 to 14, 2025, in Gaziantep, organized by the partner organization Bulbulzade.

The seminar brought together young people from Italy, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Türkiye, who expanded their knowledge through educational activities focused on Erasmus projects, the role of civil society, and active citizenship.

Special emphasis was placed on the challenges young people face in contemporary, post-normal times, as well as on the development of critical thinking and active contribution to the community.

The program was further enriched by intercultural experiences through visits to the cultural and historical landmarks of Gaziantep.
