EMMAUS EUROPE REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING IN SREBRENICA

From October 9 to 11, the Regional Council of Emmaus Europe is held in Srebrenica, which gathers national delegates, the executive board of Emmaus Europe and elected representatives of Emmaus International. It is a meeting that brought together 25 participants from 9 countries who will discuss and vote on important topics concerning the life of the Emmaus movement over the next 3 days.

This is the first time that such a meeting is held in our country and we are proud that it is held in Srebrenica, as well as the fact that MFS-EMMAUS was chosen as the host. As part of the regional council, the delegates will visit the Memorial Center in Potočari, as well as boarding accommodation the “Hatidža Mehmedović” Home for the elderly. At the very beginning, the delegates expressed their condolences to the victims of the floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina and their support for the affected areas.
