350 FOOD PACKAGES DIVIDED FOR RETURN FAMILIES IN KONJEVIC POLJE

MFS-EMMAUS, in cooperation with the Vakuf Directorates of the Republic of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina, today distributed 350 food packages to returnee families in Konjevic Polje. This is just one small part of the division of winter packages provided by the Vakuf Directorate of the Republic of Turkey (T.C. Vakiflar Genel Mudurlugu) in cooperation with the Vakuf Directorate of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The 4000 packages that have arrived in the past week from Turkey will be intensively distributed over the coming period throughout BiH and will include a large proportion of elderly, disadvantaged and socially vulnerable families.

Once again, we thank the Vakuf Directorates of the Republic of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina for donated food packages, which will certainly be of great help this winter.
