CAMPAIGN FOR THE PEOPLE OF SYRIA

IFS-EMMAUS is again launching a campaign to raise aid for the people of war-affected Syria in the form of flour, oil and pasta (domestic products).

The action was initiated in accordance with previous practice in cooperation with the organs of the Islamic Community. Tuzla’s muftinism has already begun to take action on collecting aid through its representatives and it is expected to include several more mufti in the territory of BiH.

The collected aid will be delivered in the second half of April, when IFS-EMMAUS plans to send the largest convoy of assistance to this area to date.

So far, 53 aid trucks with 1280 tons of humanitarian aid consisting of food and hygiene products have been sent to these aid operations. In addition to this, three ships of clothing and footwear containers have also been sent.

We invite all people of good will, associations, formal and informal organizations, companies and institutions, to join this human action and to help this cause.

Let’s get on with the joint forces as before to collect as much food as possible.
