The construction of the apartment building was supported by the Union of Turkish World Municiapalities – TDBB

in cooperation with the Turkish Municipality of Beykoz. The beginning of works on new building symbolically began with the laying of foundation in the presence of Mothers of Srebrenica, Chairman of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Bakir Izetbegović, Federal Minister for Displaced Persons and Refugees Edin Ramić and IFS-EMMAUS director Hamzalija Okanović.
