WE LEAVE THE EARTH TO OUR CHILDREN AND TEACH THEM TO LOVE AND RESPECT IT. EARTH DAY CELEBRATED IN SREBRENICA AND ZVORNIK

Earth Day is celebrated on April 22 in more than 150 countries around the world. It is designed to remind people around the world about the state of nature of the planet on which they live, as well as to point out to the population problems of ecosystems, the pollution of populated areas and how to improve the quality of the environment. With various educational workshops with children in the Boarding Accommodation in Potočari and in Day Care Center in Zvornik, we symbolically marked the Earth Day

As part of the activity of planting trees “100 teams, one mission” which is carried out at 100 locations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, today we planted an apple seedling on the plateau next to the Center for Education in Srebrenica. This action was supported by the Embassy of the United States of America and the American Chamber of Commerce in BiH (AmCham).
