NOTICE ABOUT RECEIVING QURBAN MEAT

We would like to inform all those who have decided to donate sacrificial meat to our capacities that in front of the Reception Center “Duje” will be reception space this year as well.

According to the current epidemiological situation, please respect the recommendations of the competent Crisis Staff regarding to the wearing protective mask and respecting social distance. Our employees will enable the fastest possible reception of sacrificial meat in order to prevent possible retention and crowds. The reception will be arranged from the early morning hours of the first day of Eid al-Adha as well as the following days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

In this way, every year we provide significant quantities of meat for the nutrition of the beneficiaries of the Reception Center “Duje”, Soup kitchen in Doboj, the Boarding Accommodation for Children in Srebrenica, as well as for the beneficiaries of the project “One meal per day”. One part of this meat will be distributed to the people in a state of social need, refugees, displaced persons and to the other residents of BiH. It is important to mention that in a kitchen capacity of the Association we prepare up to 3,500 meals daily, so the significance of receiving sacrificial meat is of great importance for undisturbed work of the Association.
