DISTRIBUTED FIREWOOD FOR ORPHAN FAMILIES

In recent days, the IFS-EMMAUS team distributed firewood for 47 orphans in areas of Tuzla and Zenica-Doboj Cantons, and the wider area of Eastern Bosnia. Financial support for the purchase of wood was provided by the Organization Stichting Help Een Wees from the Netherlands, whose representative, together with us, visited orphanage families and distributed firewood. Winter is just around the corner and this kind of help is more than welcome for all the families who failed to provide firewood for an upcoming colder day. In addition of providing firewoods, this organization will also provide furniture for a number of families in need. This is our first cooperation with Stichting Help Een Wees, they work in BiH for the first time, and we hope to continunuation of the successful cooperation in other fields of humanitarian action.
