Food packages for members of the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired

On the occasion of the White Stick Day, MFS-EMMAUS distributed food packages to the members of the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired of the City of Gracanica.

The White Stick Day was celebrated today with a commemorative program at the BKC in Gracanica with the presence of Mayor Nusret Helic, who addressed the attendees along with a member of the board of the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired, Mr. Dulejman Junuzovic, and MFS-EMMAUS representative Sabina Arnaut Jahic. 

Aids such as voice clocks and pressure gauges were distributed to attendees and MFS-EMMAUS also distributed food items to members.

Mr Dulejman emphasized that he was particularly pleased that this day was celebrated for the first time at the BKC and that it means a great deal to him the support of MFS-EMMAUS that they have whenever they need it.
